Overview

Shipping usually takes 1-2 days on work days. (weekends up to 2 days extra) via PostNL or DPD.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If eligible for refund, the amount of only the product will be returned.

To apply for refund, contact us and specify the number of the order in question.

Tracking options

We provide optional track & trace for shipping on products which do not have track & trace by default.

Selecting track & trace will ensure tracking of shipment can be provided by us to the customer.

With track & trace we will be able to try and resolve any shipping issues if they were to occur.

Not selecting track & trace, products eligible will be sent without tracking in mailbox format.

By not selecting track & trace we will not be able to provide any status updates on the shipment, or resolve any issues.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the physical store address. The store address will be provided after contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
